where are the rights?

in spokane washington i would like to know please ''where are all of the 'rights' wrote for us to read pertaining to 'marital rights' in a marriage? chapter??? and is this thee only place to be able to have access on line to read those rights? thank you

The statutory law relating to domestic relations is found at RCW Title 26 and there is a body of case law (thousands of cases) that interprets the provisions of that title. As to where you can access it online, you can read the RCW at: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/. You can find it in bound volumes (as well as bound volumes of Washington Supreme Court and Washington Court of Appeals opinions in county law libraries (in the courthouse or some nearby building). The real trick is in finding the law relevant to the situation that you want to address.
