It depends. In which court is your case being heard? Generally, the court rules are consistent among counties of Washington State. The court rules require that service of documents be accomplished by personal delivery by messenger, or by the USPS. The use of email, facsimile and other electronic methods are allowed only if the receiving party agrees or consents ahead of time in writing. Good Luck!
