Do I have the right to withhold my daughter from her dad if he refuses to give me a physical address?

I would need to know more information to advise you properly on this. If there is a finding of domestic violence against you, it may be possible for the the father to withhold his address from you on the basis of a court's orders in that regard.

If there are no custody orders in place at this time, while you can theoretically withhold your daughter, this is not advisable to do for more than one visit. I would advise you to immediately file paperwork to get the process started to implement formal custody orders. During that process, whether the father can take your daughter without providing you a residential address, or the address where he plans to take her for a particular visit, is something that would be settled.

To the extent possible, I highly advise you to seek out local counsel to help you in this matter.
