Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

All people currently waiting for family and employment green cards as of the date of enactment have had their priority date become current. This is the proposal.So how can my brother who is a us citizen can help me get a green card

Assuming that provision of immigration reform is passed & made into law, it would only benefit those who already have approved petitions, and are just waiting for their priority dates to become current, so that they can apply for their immigrant visas.

Your brother would first need to file an I-130 on your behalf. You can obtain the form, and more information, at the USCIS website: www.uscis.gov. Click on "Forms", then on "I-130".
