what form for King County Distr Court Extension of time

Farmers wont pay all repair costs-homeowners policy. I filed suit # 45-009521 in King County West Division District Court. My law firm quit me because I would not take a 2,000 offer (take it or leave it offer) they quit 5-23-05.I'm owed much more. Farmers Ins. has not yet sent me the discovery doc's requested, due 6-8-05, they have instead filed motion for hearing/motion for summary judgement. I need to know what form and rule..I submit myself for an extention of time so I can get new counsel and get their discovery doc's available for any new atty to review. need nelp badly..I will have to submit for hearing extension..until I find new atty.

You need to file a motion to continue the summary judgment. The basic requirements are found in King County District Court Civil Rule 56(f) (which may track Superior Court rule). Feel free to contact me should you have any questions, or would like to discuss this matter further.
