Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Washington

Our company recently went through a re-branding, and have designed a new logo to replace our previously trademarked logo. Do we need to apply for a new trademark for the new logo, or can the existing trademark be amended to show the new design? Thank you.

You would need to file a new trademark application for the new logo.
