Ucc filing

Can an individual, living in Washington State, placing funds ($1m) or more into a Trust Company domiciled in the Bahamas file a UCC-1 against the company. Would one be able to file the same in the Country of New Zealand?

Typically, you want to file your security interest in the country where the debtor company and/or its assets are located. There are exceptions to this as every matter is different.
