Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Washington

is this legal malpractice?

i called the insurance co. today, the one that i had a lawsuit agenst to find out if there was ever a settlement between them and myself. i had 2 cases with them one is opened but all they could tell me is that they offered a settlement and it was turned down. the other one is closed due to my lawyer missing the statute of limitations. i also found out by pulling my records from the court house that he had to settle out of court on another case i had due to missing another statute of limitations also, he never told me of any of this and has lied to me. he is also holding 10k from a settlement to pay back subrogation for a different settlement, also he took a % from the waived subrogation from my most recent claim saying they worked for it even though i fall under the law of thiringer vrs. american motors. is this malpratice in anyway?
