Assuming the accident was the fault of the driver who hit you (typically the case with someone that rear ends another driver), YES, you would be entitled to reimbursement for expenses as well as pain and suffering. I suggest you consult with an attorney. Most attorneys will consult with you for no fee (called contingency). The attorney only collects if you win. Give me a call at 206-268-0119 if you have additional questions.

Hi, well you already have a few answers . Yes if the other driver is at fault you would be able to recover for pain and sufffering. It would be a good idea to put together all documentation , police accident reports, medical reports , keep a daily journal of how this accident has affected you life , physically and mentally, damages t oo your car. Re: am i entitled to pain and suffering compensation

You are entitled to your medical expenses and your pain and suffering if the other party was at fault. The fact that you did not have insurance does not necessarily impact your ability to recover damages. I recommend you contact an attorney to discuss this matter more thoroughly. If you have any questions, or would like to meet with me, please do not hesitate to contact me at (206) 447-7211 or via e-mail at [email protected]. I cannot stress how important it is to contact any attorney to ensure that your rights are protected.
