Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Got hurt in a bar.

Earlier this yr. I stopped at a bar on my way home. I was served several drinks. It was some time later on that someone was going to take me home. I told them I needed to go to the bathroom before we left. I went in and I was told that I was taking a while, they came in just as I fell over and hit my head on the wall and floor. I woke up in the hospital the next morning. The doctor told me that I had a blood alcohol level of over 3.0. I checked myself out of the hospital since I didn't have any health insurace at the time. My total bill was right at 24,000$. Do I have any recourse to this problem, I am still suffering from reoccuring headache that I had not had before. I was also sued for the costs. And I have not drank since the incidend. Thank you for your time.

You may have a claim if you were under 21 when you were served. If so, we would be happy to assist with your case.
