NO Oral Contract for buying Real estate

Buying and selling real estate is one of the situations in which a WRITTEN agreement is required in WA. If all you have is an alleged oral agreement, you do not have an enforceable agreement to buy and sell real estate in WA.

You should review your facts and options with an attorney. There may be some specific facts in your situation that make big differences in the outcome of your case.
