Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

My father just pasted away in December. I was always in his will. My brother came yesterday and told me that I wasn't going to get anything. But I had to sign for him to have the cremation. I have not seen anything at all. No body will talk

There are ways to find out, but it can take effort, time and requires as much information as you can remember or locate in order to research.

First question, what did your father leave behind when he died? If it was negligible, you might be better off trying to forget it and get on with your life.

If it is worth pursuing, send me an email with your phone number and I will call you to ask you some questions to better determine what your chances are for finding out the truth so you can determine how you want to deal with it.
