Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

My wife of thirty years passed away this last month. Her parents have an estate that will pass to her and her siblings. What rights do I have in getting her share of the estate?

It depends on the terms of the wills or other estate plans of her parents, who I presume from your question are still living. If you have children, it is likely they will have a place in the current estate plan of their grandparents, probably sharing equally in their mother's portion. Unless you are specifically named in the estate planning of your in-laws, you would be legally entitled to nothing.
