I was hurt in 2005, I''ve had 2 surgerys l 4-5, and s1 my doctor says my class is 4. What amount of award would that be in the end?

I handle third party L & I claims and was curious whether or not you had a third party claim- in other words- was your injury caused by the negligence of another or whether it was caused by your own fault or the fault of a coworker employed by the same company as yours?
