Legal Question in Family Law in West Virginia

gaining custody

My ex husband has custody of our three children and

i have not paid child support in a while and my children do not want to live with there father any

more what are my chances of gaining custody of my

children. One of my sons has tried to run away to

get to me.

Re: gaining custody

In WV children who are over 14 have the right to live with either parent they may choose. Of course, if you are engaged in any behavior that may harm them, the Court may supersede that choice.
