My husband is a supervisor for a Emergency Medical Service Operation and has been accused of descrimination and sexual harassment. He was tald that he was accused and he was suspended with out pay. Then he was told to right down his side of the story. But he was told that he was not allowed to know what the accuser said or what the alligations were. So he has know idea what to write to defend him self. He can not think of a situations that could me thought of this way. My question is does he have the right to know what he is being accused of and does he have the right to defend him self. They just said they could not tell him any thing else and he would be called in a week with their results of the investigation.

Re: accused of sexual harassment

He is in danger of losing his job. Why don't you tell your husband to invoke his right to due process of law, which includes his right to know the nature and cause of the accusation against him.
