Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in West Virginia

i have brought to my supervisors attention about another employee calling myself and another employee sexual foul languge,c suckers,ass suckers,suck ass.my supervisor talked to this employee about this ,then came to us and told us he did so.then another employee came to us and told us that my supervisor and another supervisor where talking to one anther and where laughing about it.also my supervisor came to myself and the other employee envolved and cut our hours back per week.we feel he is harassing us due to reporting this,what can we do,we have documented all of this.

It is illegal under federal law for an employer to retaliate against you for reporting unlawful conduct. You may want to file a Charge of Discrimination against the employer with the EEOC.

A word of caution, however, it may be difficult to prove that the hours are being cut back because of the complaint. Before you file, you would probably be well-served to sit down with an attorney, go over your case and see if you have a good likelihood of success or not.
