Who is entitled to my grandmother's estate?
My grandmother died. My father died four monthes before. He has only one sibling, a brother. Who is entitled to my father's half of my grandmother's estate, my mother or me?

Did she have a will? If she had a Will you go by that. If she did not have a Will and she had two sons, one of which passed away before her than 100% of her estate goes to the other son, your dad's brother.
