Power of attorney

Scenario:

Person ''A'' gives power of attorney to person ''B''.

Person ''A'' is no longer mentally competent.

Person ''B'' is getting older and is concerned that they may not be able to act as POA for much longer.

Can person �B� use the POA to assign a new POA for person �A�?

Probably not, if the assignemnt was for a general power of attorney, but if the POA was for a limited

and special purpose, person "B" could probably do that.
