Legal Question in Construction Law in Wisconsin

How do I appeal the city board's decision not to correct their newly constructed approach to my driveway that created an inverted speed bump and too steep of a driveway transition slope that causes my car bumper to scrape, and is therefore a property and safety concern?

There is probably an option to appeal to the entire city counsel, and after that, to the circuit court. Either one, however, will cost a lot more than redoing the approach, or just getting a grinder in to reduce the severity of the bump. For either appeal, you will need a lawyer. Even with one, meeting all the time limits will be a challenge, so don't delay.
