No. Each legal answer to a lawsuit complaint is instead a custom document which sets for your version of the facts, as compared to those in the complaint. Filing the answer is also only the first step in your defense, since you will be called upon to present evidence in support of your claims, during a trial. Get a lawyer now if you have anything to lose in this litigation, before the time to answer expires. Once the answer deadline passes, the plaintiff wins by default and it becomes nearly impossible to undo the resulting legal judgment against you.
