Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I was at a concert with some friends on my 19th birthday, I had a couple beers. Someone who has a grunge against me, who is also friends with the officer, went and told him I was drinking. They pulled me away and brethalized me 3 times before he got a reading I explained I wasn't the only underager drinking and pointed them out. They pulled 1 of the 5 people I said who were underage didn't I.D her or breathalyz her at all but told me she didn't blow positive and they have no reason to issue her a citation....I feel this is discrimination against me because the officer is friends with them. Protect and serve isn't playing favorites, I feel I shouldn't receive a fine when there were other people underage drinking but the officer won't write them because there friends....help!!!!

Underage drinking convictions are reported to the DVM and can even result in loss of your license, so you should take this matter seriously and get a lawyer to explore all alternatives to being convicted as charged. Complaining about it online, however, will not help you at all. While unfair, the fact that the person reporting you may have been motivated by a grudge does not help you, unless circumstances would also tend to indicate that the information was unreliable. Informants are always attempting to curry the favor of authorities for their own benefit, so this is hardly unusual. Even though it does provide your attorney with an argument on the issue of reasonable suspicion, I doubt if it would be a winning argument in this factual scenario..
