I escape from a county jail Huber in Wisconsin, what are the most likely charges and time will I get. I escape because I have a pregnant girlfriend who's pregnant and we were getting evicted and im scared of doing time and losing my only family and leaving her out here stuck and lost?

The longer you wait to turn yourself in, the worse the final outcome is likely to be. You should promptly get yourself a lawyer (your last one may be the best choice because he or she already knows your case), and then turn yourself back in at the jail. While you will lose your Huber, the lawyer might be able to get you back to court to ask the judge to reinstate it, so long as not too much time has passed. Escape is the most likely charge you will face, and the possible penalties will depend upon the seriousness of your underlying charge. One thing that is almost for sure, however, is that the longer you wait before dealing with this, the worse the outcome.

Do not assume that I am your attorney because of my response here, since I would not normally be taking any further action on your case.
