Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

robbery case
My question to you is, my brother is currently serving time in Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, Wisconsin for an alleged bank robbery in Racine County in 1996. He was charged with Robbery with Threat of Force, Statute 943.32(1)(b), 939.62, 939.63, and 939.641. The judge in this case gave my brother 25 years. The public defender that was assigned to this case did not have any intent on defending my brother because he was after my brothers girlfriend at the time. I cannot put all that I want to tell you on this message, but if someone would please email me back, I will go more into detail. You would really want to hear this case. Please contact me as soon as possible, my brother really needs some good legal advice and my family needs help in getting someone to investigate this case.
