Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

motion to change custody

WI

I have been divorced for two years. In the past two years, my ex-husband has alienated me and our two children, by underminded me in front of them, 60% of the time. I also found out he gave false statement to the court, when he filed for bankcruptcy that I was living in CA for the past two yeas. I filed a motion to change custody and I would like to know:

1. should I included notes from his statement he gave for his bankcruptcy case in my motion paper? would he be consider committed prejury?

2, I have evidence(s) to prove he is an unfit parent, my documentation came from school, doctors, and social workers, I would like to know will these documentation some how will terminate his parental right? will these evidence put him to jail?

3. do I really need a lawyer for this case?

Re: motion to change custody

Hello,

You may or may not need a lawyer to help you with full service from beginning to end. I do not know. However, it is clear from your questions that you need to at least have an initial consultation with one to make that determination, get on the right track, and get questions answered. It is extremely difficult to terminate parental rights. It is difficult to get sole custody. I don't know whether he will go to jail or not. It depends on what your facts are, and those I don't know. Best wishes, Mark J. Mahoney
