if my landlord is refusing to give me a copy of my lease so we can get a payment made to them is that allowed

If you were given a copy of the lease when you signed it, there is no legal requirement that you be given another one. I don't understand, however, why you do not simply pay the same amount you have paid in the future, at the same address, rather than worrying about getting a copy?
