Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin

Type Your Question Here...Is it legal for a landlord to agree to pay me damages for failure to turn over apt at agreed upon date and for misrepresentation of characteristics only if I vacate the premises when i have done nothing to breach our rental contract?

Yes, but your lawyer might still be able to negotiate an even better deal for you, if your landlord is indeed the one who has broken the contract.
