Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

I have a deed easement to my land and to a cabin on my property. I found out today that the farm sold the 40 acres next to me. can he grant another easement for the new owner over my easement?

Nobody could answer this without running a title check on the property in order to see what interests had been recorded prior to the sale. Usually, recorded prior interests of others in land which are properly recorded and which are not limited by time, cannot be extinguished by a sale, without permission of the party in interest designated on the recorded document..
