Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

My husband and pur an offer on a house it was accepted, we had the inspection and the seller is apparently curing but we were never notified as stated in our contract within 10 days. We contacted a lawyer and he said it won't hold up in court in our state. Any advice as far as our next step?

Yes, I have lots of advice but could not even begin to offer it without reading over your purchase contract and understanding the entire transaction. Depending upon your goals in the transaction, an experienced real estate lawyer could use lack of notice of intent to cure to either get you out of the transaction, or patch things up after the fact to attempt to keep the transaction viable. Get a lawyer if you care about where this transaction takes you.
