Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wyoming

I am new to the idea of bankruptcy. what i need to know is ...i have over 10,000 in credit card debt, i owe my mom 15,000.00, i have a bank loan on my truck of 12,000.00, back child support of over 8000.00, unemployment issue of 1200.00...what to do as iwill be incarcerated soon for dui and i have been unemployed for a few months...please advise soon
