Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Wyoming

Contempt of Court

I was divorced in 2001 and my X-husband will not sign the land and house over to me as ordered by the court. He has all of his stuff still on the land were I still live. I would like to know---what I can do to get the land into my name and the single wide trailor. I have been taking care of his horse even tho he has paid for the feed. His DD wide and 3 of his cars and mis. items are still here on the land. He refuses to turn the land over to me even tho the court says it is mine. I pay the taxes and live here. I would like to know if I can get these items and how can I do this. Also My other X-husband has been paying the payments on a truck that is our son's. The title is in my last X-husbands name due to the loan situation. Now it is free and clear due to my son's father. My other X- husband wants to keep it as his. What can I do to get this truck back?

Re: Contempt of Court

Eh. From one perspective, you can either separate from these two men and get the rights and obligations spelled out in a court order or stay married to and entangled with to each.

If the title is in H2's name, it's not your son's car, it's H2's car.

if you let the stuff stay on land that belongs to you and H2 won't sign, the court can make him do so, or issue you tan order giving you the ability to do so independently.

In any event, you've a mess on your hands and legal counsel sounds like a VERY good idea.
