Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wyoming

Wills

Question I have is my wife and I are Canadian citizens now living and working in the U.S. We currently have a will that was drawn up in Canada when we lived there, but since our move here we have no assets in Canada other than RRSP's. My question is do we have to draw a will up here in the U.S. or does our will from Canada apply to everything we have here (home etc..)? Thanks in advance.

Re: Wills

Not knowing Canadian law, I can't give an answer. Have a lawyer review your existing will, and they will be able to give an opinion regarding whether it would suffice under Wyoming law.
