Re: work

Your message actually did not pose a question for response. Rather, it merely made the assertion that your boss would not let you come back to work light duty. Assuming the question is, does Wyoming Workers Compensation law require the employer to offer you light duty, the answer is that it does not. The light duty provision is intended to allow you to earn as much income as possible while you are injured, to reduce the financial burden on the workers comp. system and to provide incentives for the employer to get you back to work. I am not, however, aware of any requirement that light duty be offered and, in fact, many employers do not have any light duty to offer.
