• Notice of Acceptance of Order

  This form provides for acceptance of an order and acknowledgement that the order has been inspected and approved by the purchaser.

• Notice of Appointment of Collection Agent

  This form instructs the customer to make payments to your company or contact the collection agent. This form should be used in conjunction with our “Appointment of Collection Agent.”

• Notice of Assignment of Account to Collection Agent

  This form is used to notify the customer that the past-due account has been formally assigned to the collection firm.

• Notice of Assignment of Contract

  If a third party is involved in any of the contractual obligations or benefits of an assigned contract, that party should be notified of the assignment in writing.

• Notice of Assignment of Lease

  This alerts the third party to look to the new party for satisfaction of any obligations under the lease or to make any payments under the lease directly to the new party.

  The Notice of the Meeting of the Board of Directors is a communication to the directors of a company informing them that a board of directors meeting will take place.

  This form should be used to notify a party to a contract of the violation of a term of the contract or of an instance of failure to perform a required duty under the contract.

• Notice of Business Credit Application Approval

  This form is to be used to approve a credit application.

• Notice of Cancellation of Purchase Order

  This form effectively cancels the original purchase order for non-delivery and demands the return of any money paid.

• Notice of Conditional Acceptance of Defective Goods

  This form allows for a conditional acceptance of goods and requests that a price reduction be allowed when purchaser receives a shipment of goods that is defective or damaged in some manner.

• Notice of Conditional Acceptance of Non-Conforming Goods

  This form allows for a conditional acceptance of the goods and requests that a price reduction be allowed with in 10 days.

• Notice of Default on Installment Promissory Note

  This form will be used to notify the maker of a promissory note of their default on an installment payment on a promissory note.

• Notice of Default Package

  A Notice of Default is a communication to another person or entity informing them that they have defaulted on an obligation within an agreement.

• Notice of Demand for Delivery of Goods

  Notice of Demand for Delivery of Goods is for use when goods have been ordered and paid for, but not delivered. This notifies the seller of a demand for immediate shipment of the goods or return of the money.

  This form should be used by you if you have receive a statement with which you disagree. If you feel that the statement is in error, spell out your reasoning in the space provided and send this form to the creditor.

  This document should be used to record notice that a parcel of real estate has a current lease in effect on it.

  This form should be used in those situations when the actual delivery of goods is rejected (for example, when physical damage is evident on immediate inspection).
