Brian Greenberg

Mr. Greenberg advises and assists clients as to all aspects of intellectual property and technology law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and licensing. Services include drafting, negotiation and review of intellectual property and technology contracts (e.g. software licenses, independent contractor agreements, Internet related contracts, etc.), U.S. and international trademark prosecution and copyright procurement, counseling as to the various federal privacy laws and regulations, domain name dispute resolution and other related advice and assistance. Mr. Greenberg attended Law School at the George Washington University and practiced at two of the nation's top intellectual property and technology law firms before starting his own practice. He is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
