Danny B. Sinaga

I has had a broad range of commercial experience and specializes in general corporate and commercial law including drafting and negotiating of many commercial transaction arrangements. I have been significantly involved in a number of commercial transactions representing a wide range of corporate group of clients. Prior to joining the firm, I was a Senior Associate Lawyer at a prominent law firm in Jakarta and also assisting my previous Managing Partner of the firm as a Law Lecturer on �International Business Transaction� at the Law School of one of Indonesia�s leading private universities.
