Practice concentrated in the area of estates trusts and probate since 1989 which also includes personal tax issues, all types of property issues and claims, claims by dependents and disinherited beneficiaries, issues of fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and property transfers or restrictions on transfer. Member of the Law Society of Alberta, and a Fellow of the American College of Estates and Trust Counsel. Services include probate and administration, advice in respect of and drafting trust documents, wills, and enduring powers of attorney, court representation for estate related claims including dependant claims, calims by adult cohabitants, beneficiary disputesand similar matters.
