Immigration law is federal law. We provide legal services to clients in all 50 States. Most of the immigration work is based on written petitions, applications, legal briefs and memoranda. Only certain hearings in Immigration Courts and Federal Courts require an attorney�s presence. When such a court appearance is required, we attend the Court Hearing.
