I have a down to earth approach to representing my clients and strive to educate each client through the process of a bankruptcy filing, at the first appointment. I utilize the best available network and law practice management technology and client management systems to lower costs. My primary focus is to identify the client(s)' objective and map out a strategy to reach the objective in the most cost-effective manner. Most consumer credit problems can be drastically improved with effective credit counseling and possibly a consumer bankruptcy filing. My rates in the Cleveland area are generally $250-300.00 less than what is required by larger law firms for bankruptcy representation. I represent each client from start to finish, delegating to support staff only the most routine clerical matters.
