Kelly Trautner

Greetings! I am Kelly D. Trautner, an attorney with experience in both labor (both union and management) and employment (both employer and employee). I also do guardian ad litem work, juveniles- not the elderly. In addition, I have represented small business in the health and fitness industry, doing work such as contracts, waivers, sponsorship agreements, and all other business needs. Also a dispute resolution professional, I believe in resolving problems using an approach aimed at salvaging relationships wherever possible. Realizing this is not always possible, my objective is to do what is required to represent my clients to the best of my ability and to advocate for a "win", whatever that may be. My style is very flexible, meaning I can adapt to whatever strategy is needed to get the job done. Aggressive, collaborative, cooperative, strategic, collegial;etc. I am able to comfortably wear most any hat to meet my client's needs.
