Health care is and will continue to be one of the biggest issues facing our nation. As the government vehemently works to control and curb health care spending, health care providers will be a primary target for government scrutiny. In these times, the successful operation of any provider of health services is contingent upon not only good services but also understanding, preparing for and maintaining compliance with Federal and State laws and regulatory guidelines.
