Thomas Hudson

Tom Hudson is one of three lawyers in the State of Florida to be Board-Certified in the specialty of DUI Defense. He was certified by the National College for DUI Defense in 2008 and was re-certified in 2013. He is also certified as an Instructor in DWI Detection and Field Sobriety Testing, and has been trained as a NHTSA Drug Recognition Evaluator and a Florida Breath Test Operator. Tom is the author of "The Drinker's Guide to Driving: The Secrets of DUI From One of America's Top DUI Lawyers" currently available from Amazon.com. He has tried hundreds of DUI jury trials, and is presently the Florida State Delegate to the National College for DUI Defense. He has taught DUI Defense to other lawyers dozens of times.
