A former IRS Tax Litigation attorney, who handled all phases of U.S. Tax Court litigation (as well as working with the Department of Justice and the US Attorney's Office on civil and criminal matters handled in U.S. District Courts) while working for the Office of Chief Counsel - I.R.S. in the 1990's, I've since broadened the scope of my experience working the past 12 years in private practice and working in-house for three widely recognized Fortune 500 companies. My practice focuses on federal and state tax controversy, general corporate and business tax planning, estate planning, tax-exempt organizations, general corporate, general partnership and related matters.
