Following several years as in-house counsel with a major computer peripheral manufacturer, I have been a solo practitioner in a Providence suburb since 1987. Being a solo provides the flexibility to determine what type of cases are handled. That flexibility has provided me with a broad background in several legal areas -- from simple will drafting to complicated estate planning; to business organization formation to medical malpractice actions. My goal is to assist my clients in a professional and efficient manner.
