Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I'm being sued in civil court by a credit card company. I believe that I have not had anything to do woth this account in over four years. How do I obtain this information from them? Do they have to release it to me?

If you are being sued, you can obtain discovery during the course of the lawsuit.
