Legal Question in Disability Law in

Pls breif me, the legal authenticity of an old document similar to the memorandum of oral partition, done in presence of the legal heirs, and signed by them as the token of acceptence , expect on the absence of one heir .The said document is not a registered one too .

Pls Advice.

in case the document is more than 30 years old, the presumption of genuineness arises even though not registered. but the presumption is rebuttable.
