Appeal is pending against high court judgement in Supreme Court , Is it still possible to get certified copy of judgement of high court from high court. Is it whole case file goes to Suprem court when appeal is filed and copy of judgement of HC is to be obtained from SC.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes. Both, the plaintiff and the defendant are legally entitled to receive a copy of the Judgement of the High Court from the High Court.
