Apsy sawaal yeh hai kay mery marhoom walid sahib ny apni zindagi mai apna makaan mjhy gift krdia tha.
Mera y bhai nay high court mai property partition case kar rakha hai jo kay final stage par hai. Mai mundarja bala case mai defendant hu. Mainy civil judge ki adalat my suit for decleration, permanent and mandatory injunction kay leayh P.I.B cooperative society aur plaintiff kay khilaaf kar rakha hai kyunky case High court mai final stage par hai is lye senior civil judge nay stayed kar rakha hai.
Barae meharbani yeh bataeyh agr high court plaintiff ka partition case dismiss kardeta hai to mera woh case jo senior civil judge kay pas stayed hai usmy mujhy kuch benefit milayga ????
