Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
Apsy sawaal yeh hai kay mery marhoom walid sahib ny apni zindagi mai apna makaan mjhy gift krdia tha.
Mera y bhai nay high court mai property partition case kar rakha hai jo kay final stage par hai. Mai mundarja bala case mai defendant hu. Mainy civil judge ki adalat my suit for decleration, permanent and mandatory injunction kay leayh P.I.B cooperative society aur plaintiff kay khilaaf kar rakha hai kyunky case High court mai final stage par hai is lye senior civil judge nay stayed kar rakha hai.
Barae meharbani yeh bataeyh High court ka faisla aanay kay bad senior civil judge kay pas jo case stayed honay ki waja say pending hai us case ka kia banayga ???
