Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
We have booked tour from one tour operater located in Manali, HP and traferred Rs.10000/- as advance, but due to his rude behaviour we have cancelled the trip and asked them to retur our advance money but they are refusing to return it back.
Pls advise legal actions

Send the Legal Notice demanding refund of amount or else you may go to Consumer Court for unfair trade practice.
